Cascades 04:30
It's a beautiful world if you notice it, you gotta take what you get and then you go with it
2.
Ledge 02:52
This high the borders melt, fences fall when the wind blows fast I know you feel the same, I see you teeter with the same desire A rush of blood instantaneous...
3.
Clue 05:11
There's no classes or easy lesson planner, no free passes to go from bad to better: I learn little by little, by little
4.
I want a boulder to catch my eye with the marble seams in the stone And the steady workmanship of sun and ice Stop me with a shot of the unknown When I look up from my hands
5.
Map 06:25
If I lag behind you, I'm reduced to a cog. If I take the lead, I go awry. Just out of earshot, beyond my peripheral view, there are no tendencies...

Holier 07:05

As if it's written in a script, it never ends up like you picked, so you're always antsy

about

This album was completed long after we stopped being a band. I took some old pro tools sessions and added more tracks and mixed and mastered it. It's a little raw and unpolished, and I think it's cool because the compositions represent our time doing that together as a band. There are also two even older songs on it that were done in 2008 and never released, although some people may already have those two so they won't need to bother downloading those.

about

The Cricks Seattle, Washington

Indie Rockers The Cricks played in Seattle, WA from 2004-2010. After "Cutting Ties" with their previous band, frontman Peter Kingham, his identical twin Andrew, and drummer Josh Tocheny formed the group. The first record, "Arteries," was released in 2008. In 2006 Justin D. Arnold took over on drums. If we ever all end up in the same state, we would love to play again sometime. ... more
